    Hello! I work in the IT dept of a rental company and we just migrated a batch of users to o365. To get BB working on the phones again, users had to delete their workspace profiles and recreate to get the settings work. We tried other methods but this was the only one that worked.

    He started to receive his emails, but they weren't sending so he told us, as he'd make a response but things would be grayed out and unusuable. That's the least of my concerns as this guy is absolutely livid that his contacts are missing now. He's got his outlook / exchange contacts, but none of his contacts he's manually put in through his time as an agent.

    Is there anyway we can get his contacts back so I can calm him down or is he SOL?
