    I wasn't receiving any email on my Blackberry Tour from the three email accounts that I had set up in BIS. I deleted the first two (hotmail and yahoo) and recreated them and my email started coming across to my device.

    I then deleted the Sprint BIS account (myusername@sprint.blackberry.com) and now I can't setup the account again in BIS. I really wasn't using it for anything, so I was wondering, is this needed at all (i.e., is it a system account of sorts)? Should I worry about it?

    Instead of deleting, did u try resending service books?

    It's not essential to have but if you wanted to re-create it you'd need to call Sprint as you can only create this once.

    Ok. Probably wont' call them as I can't see a need for this account.

    Yes, I pushed the service books among several other things, no luck.
