BES : 5.0.3
Exchange : 2003 (Presently in coexistence with Exchange 2010)
BES Users : Are on Exchange 2003
Outlook : 2003 - 2010
After Migrating BES to 5.0.3 everything was working fine. Also we are in the process to migrate our Exchange server to 2010.
I have proceed with the installation of Exchange 2010 last week. no problem reported. Suddenly all my BB users are calling that when they delete email in outlook its not deleting on the handheld.
My question is how is it possible for the handheld to reset the delete on setting automaticaly to handhelp only... Is there something in the policy ?
