    I have a 8330. Until this afternoon when I deleted an email I had the choice to delete on handheld, delete on handheld & mailbox or cancel. I don't know what I did but now I only have the choice to delete or cancel. In options- email reconciliation - I have selected handheld & mailbox. Thanks.

    You selected the wrong delete option. The correct option is "prompt".

    I don't see the option "prompt". How do I get to that choice? I am getting mail from my pop account.

    If you have a pop3 accont then there's no syncing back to your email server. That's why you don't have the prompt option. Why don't you use IMAP.

    Also how would you the option to delete from "Handheld and Server" before?

    Thanks. I'll try switching to IMAP.
    I had set the synch up on a new computer and must have selected the wrong option.
