    Skip it. It's for legacy devices, pre-BB10. Not enough juice to charge your Z10 effectively, though I couldn't find a single source that listed its amp rating. Since it's intended for older devices, it's bound to be 0.8A or similar.

    You want absolute minimum - the 1.0A charger intended for a Z10, or ideally the premium charger which is 1.8A. I have the 1.8A and it works like a champ!

    I got the 1.8 premium charger when it was the deal of the day a month or so ago. Great charger. I definitely recommend it.
