I think CB members like yourself deserve royalties on Z30 sales! Especially considering how little BBRY themselves seem to market the device.

Great! I had the Torch 2 as well and upgraded to the Z30. It's fantastic! I have written many reviews of the Z30 for BestBuy, Bell, and The Source (I'm in Canada), and I have to say the Z30 is the best electronic device I've ever owned.

I was working with a customer to fix his email on a Torch. We could not get it to work. I offered to go to his office and work on it. He decided it was long past time to get a new phone. I told him I had setup his email account on my phone for testing and it is working very well. He, of course, asked what phone that is and I told him the BlackBerry Z30. While I worked on something else he researched the user reviews of the Z30 on Verizon and Amazon. He was impressed with the user reviews. We talked about the features, screen size (he's an elderly gentleman), security, etc... He told me he was going to order one today. Not the kind of guy who will be talked into something else. I told him to call me when he gets it and I will help him update the OS to the current version so he can install his Android banking app and use all the phones features.

Very professional! I wish all sales and tech staff in all stores and outlets were as professional as you are in assisting clients. I love my Z30, but I really had to visit many stores and do my own research before deciding to buy it. I knew about BlackBerry quality since I already had the BlackBerry Torch 2, but for a new customer, it may not be as clear which device they should buy.
