Hi sfd4! Have cked all the settings? I am not sure, but you may need to resend your service books. Someone w/more knowledge than I will be able to ans ur ?. Hang tight, you should get an ans soon.

Did the paging messages come to you as an email or a sms text message? If it's an email are you getting other emails to that address also without problems? If it's sms are you able to send/receive sms messages?
Maybe you need to resend your service books. Or maybe you need to go into your email settings and usually when you change devices it will tell you that you've changed devices and do you want the emails to go to the new device with the new pin and you just have to say yes so the info now get's redirected to the new device.
You can resend service books by logging into your carriers BIS page. You can do this from your device , look for the icon that has an envelope with a cog on it ( mine is titled Mobile Email Settings). Enter your username and password and you will then have the option to resend service books.
