Hello Crackberry!
I'm having trouble connect to BIS outside of a Wifi zone.
Could this be something in my settings or my carriers fault?

Basically when I'm on Wifi I can use the AppWorld, BBM and apps.
When I'm not on Wifi I can only use BBM.
Does anyone know a fix?

Try resending your service books. I suppose you've done the usual battery pull.

If that doesn't work, contact your carrier.
