Have had my Curve 8310 for almost 5 weeks and today it turned itself off and won't turn back on. It did it yesterday but after 10 minutes I got the loading screen with egg timer up and then it was fine again.

Have taken out battery and SIM but still not working.

Any ideas on what to do? Have had it (just!) longer than the 30 day guarantee

If this doesn't work, you should be under the 1 year warranty. Call your carrier, explain your situation and have them send you a new one.

Ya I would go to the place u got the phone hsve them fix it or replace it this is a good phone with a great service you want it working correctaly
