    There is still a chance, it depends on how badly the internal software is damaged.

    BlackBerry - BlackBerry Desktop Software

    Download and install BlackBerry Desktop Software. If it will connect, use Backup to make a copy of the data.

    After that, use Loader to install a fresh OS on the BlackBerry.
