As far as the car is concerned i am accepting any and all criticism/suggestions to make it better. I put the RIM logo on it thus far but have not found anything for EDGE. If anyone can point me in the right direction i would appreciate it. as you can see i dont have much room left on the car but can try to squeeze in anything else that seems necessary to be placed on it.

ok well here is the final product. There is no logo for edge but i did add the RIM sponsorship. Next to come will be pictures of it on the track. (once loaded to nascar 09 the paint becomes very glossy making it look WAY better)

Only thing missing is Kevin Michaluk's name atop the driver and passenger side windows. And instead of NASCAR's regular corporate sponsors, you should put most brand names that are connected to BlackBerry. Just my .02 cents.

Oh yeah, the wheels should be trackballs instead of normal rim and tire!

Good idea. But i do this at work and for right now im gonna leave it as is until i can find more time to replace each individual sponsor.

As far as the wheels go, i have no ability to alter the look of them as it is preset by the game, only thing that can be modified is the paint job of the car. But good idea nonetheless.

just to show you all how it is done. The race car of course is a 3d object. That 3d surface is then flattened to create the template you see below. Then i just add what i need to, paint it, make sure i line up images that will wrap from side to top of car. Then i reload the texture onto my 3d model and there you go. The flattened file is what is uploaded to xbox and there it places it on my car.

Kevin is now the drive of the # 01 Crackberry.com car.
