Everyday---I actually keep about 3 different forum windows minimized on the desktop for quick reference during downtime or bored time. Of course, Crackberry on the BB goes with me into meetings, etc.

I always check CB at work. Most of the time I have one window open throughout the day and every 10 - 15 minutes I check it. LOL. When people walk by my cube I always have to rush to click on my inbox. Good thing I work in an older building so I can hear people when they approach my cube.
