Is it possible to control the time of day that my personal (home) email gets pushed to my BlackBerry? I like being able to get my personal email when away, but it get's a little annoying when I'm home and usually on the computer anyway.

No. It's always going to come to your device automatically. The only way to stop it, is to log into the BIS web site and turn off forwarding for the email. The other thing you could do is just use a profile that doesn't notify you of new email.
