Just switched from the HCT fuze over to the Torch. When they transfered my contacts from the fuze to the blackberry it stored all the numbers as "work numbers" by default. Now when i'm involved in a text conversation with someone it says "Person's Name (Work)" and it's driving me crazy...is there any way to have the phone just display the person's name and not what category their number falls under? Or am I going to have to manually go into all my contacts that are cell numbers and change them over to mobile instead of work? Help Please!!
You might be able to EXPORT your contacts to an excel spreadsheet and use some kind of global move or edit or massage of columns and then import back in.
