Why we all BlackBerry Z10 users ( I presume also the Z30 is in the same situation...) we don't have this feature after this new update ( in my country 10.2.1.537)?
Why this fantastic simple feature, basic in the old OS (I had before the Z a Bold 9900) it is missing now?
All business users, of course all others need to be practically when they in the hurry. it's so simple : open dial pad ( I need to have to choose in what mode I want to be opened, phone list, contacts or dial pad. Personal need to open direct in dial pad...and just tap A, l e c s and my name came direct from the contacts list, of course near all combination of these letters and of course the correspondent figures...it is so simple and it is named Contacts prediction into dial pad. so? Wait your opinion.
You need this or maybe I'm the only one with this need?

Edit: after thinking about it, I wouldn't be able to make anything any better than the existing contact picker in the phone app.

Everyone needs this.. BlackBerry is just making those few who follow blackberry like a cult think they don't want it.. those are the people who say "well if blackberry didn't include it, I don't want it and it probably sucks anyways"

Truth is bb10 is still missing a ton of features we got used to on bbos. They're just freakin slow implementing them back into this new OS. And while they're twiddling their thumbs, the other OSs are due for huge updates this year which may dunk BlackBerry under water. I hope not, but I'm also not impressed that one of the biggest features of the newest update is a flashlight button.

I very much doubt BlackBerry is trying to get cult like followers to believe they don't need new features.

This is a much needed feature, really helps when you have a lot of contacts.
