    Anyone notice contacts going missing? My mom noticed I was gone in her Z10 and my cousin noticed a lot of her phone saved contacts were missing off her Q10. Bug or...? thank you in advance.

    i've had a few contacts dissapear from my contact list... i added them again. i had a third party contact back-up software at that time so i deleted that after the second or third time this happened. haven't noticed any contacts missing since then... but then again i have a huge contact list.

    I have the same issue since my last update from rogers last week... they keep appearing and disappearing.. very annoying.. I have all contacts set to ON.. sometimes what happens is a contact card appears empty, I restart and all info is back.. about a day later its empty again or disappears completely.. not sure what the resolution for this would be..

    I have had the same issue buy only on one of my 2 Z10's .
    I had one replaced as O2 were convinced it was a hardware problem, only to find the same issue on the new phone after 3weeks. It is totally frustrating and has me considering ditching blackberry for another platform, as I need my phone contacts to run my business.

    We have seen at our company that people we claiming missing contacts. But what we found was that the 10.2.1 update started grouping or linking contacts.

    One example is 2 contacts with different contact names, but the same address and phone number where linked together so only one of the contact names was visible. If you go into the contact you see the "links" at the bottom and that is where we found the other contact.

    It took is a while to figure it out

    That's not the issue I have, I have gone for 600+ contacts to 3 and back to 211in one day. Had to do a contact restore from a Firechest backup but tool nearly an hour.
