Hi all,

Sometimes I love BlackBerry and sometimes it drives me NUTS. I did the recent software update and it stopped showing the notifications on the lock screen such as how many emails, texts and BBM I have unread.

In any event I ran into this issue once on my Classic and I did a full wipe and restore. It cleared it up.

I did the same thing on my Passport SE now and the issue I have is the profile pictures on the contacts app isn't working. Pretty much all my pictures are BBM contacts and the odd issue is that my BBM shows all the profile pictures but the contacts app doesn't.

Anybody have any suggestions? It's not the end of the world to be honest but it will make it nice to have things work like it is designed to do.

On the individual contact, hit the link icon (chain).
Either tap on the contact profile there that should have the picture then Save or
hit the link icon with now a "+" symbol on it and scroll through for the one that does have the picture.

Not sure if this will work, but hoping it will help. Let us know.
