I asked the same question a little while back. By getting rid of the keyboard and dropping the screen down a bit, you'd get another whole row of icons, and the widescreen landscape mode for video viewing. The touchscreen version would be the best successor to the Z30.

I saw somewhere a concept full touch passport slider, looked pretty nice actually.
