    In what way does it rip it off? Its a C and a B in a circle. The logo for Crackberry looks nothing like theirs.

    Unless Crackberry knows for certain their logo does not infringe anything prior they might be wise to ignore this. Not really a big deal since no one would confuse the two anyway.
