How does Win10 compare to the others?
BB10 is better than Windows phone which is better than droid/iOS.

I like the home-screen and the tiles.. Of course Win10 appeals to every one who likes BlackBerry, because of the uniqueness and the struggling.. They're both fighting for tiny pieces of the whole Pizza..

A big difference is while Blackberry continues to lose apps, Windows phone is regaining them. For instance, Bank of America just developed a new app for W10P. There have been more and more lately.

Yeah its quite intriguing.. I've heard about some apps getting developed for Win10, although their Market share has been declining.

It was the same in Pontiac and Oldsmobile forums, you'll see the behaviour when people feel they are riding on a sinking boat, about to lose something, people lash out. Some don't even own a Blackberry, others **** disturbers, many legit, many just love to fight. Takes all kinds.

I still own a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT with 429,000 miles on the original motor! Sure wish GM would make another Grand Prix.

I had a 1980 Pontiac Phoenix coupe that racked up 150,000 miles and no issues. My 1991 Cadillac Fleetwood died at 75,000 miles only!

My point was that because Pontiac is dead, there can now never be a new Trans Am or Grand Prix despite having brand loyalists, just like Blackberry has. EVEN THOUGH THE ECONOMY IN THE US is recovering. So when I see people in here so eager for the speedy death of Blackberry, we do not want the same person in charge of GM to think this way for our Canadian company in Blackberry.

Once it's dead, ITS DEAD. Ain't no coming back from the dead, period.

Both BBOS and BB10 devices are out of production and are de facto legacy phones.

The only devices being designed and made now are BlackBerry Android devices. So, by definition, they are currently the only TRUE BlackBerrys.

BB10 is a great device for email and BBM, but smartphones need to be so much more now.

BlackBerry says it best (and it is BlackBerry who decides what a BlackBerry is):

"We are ready for this change so we can give our customers something better entrenched in our legacy in security and pedigree in making the most productive smartphones."

    I said "currently".

Bottom line is that only BlackBerry decides what is a true BlackBerry. They say BlackBerry Android devices are. The end.

If BlackBerry has their own forum for Android devices on Mobile Nations, why can't the rest of the device manufacturers using Android as an OS? Let's right this wrong by starting a petition to discontinue Android Central and add new manufacturer-centric forums such as:
    - Samsings
    - LGBiTs
    - MotorHola!
    - HTSee!
    - WahWay

There is no need for argument.. They all fall under the same banner: BlackBerry.. BB10 is great.. Android is neccesary for the hardware's survival.. Choose what you want and enjoy your BlackBerry.
I think the last quarterly report has put that myth to bed - Android on the Priv IS NOT providing the foundation for survival of BlackBerry hardware!

Alright OP - you have essentially asked "Can't we all just get along?"

While all the bantering at times is tiring, it has served to provide much information from end users we cannot get from BlackBerry Management. In the end, the impassioned arguments provide enough fodder to make an intelligent decision to stay or not stay with BlackBerry. And, if one stays with BlackBerry, whether or not to stick with BB10 or go to a well supported Android Marshmallow on the Priv.

    My decision is obvious!

But you didn't bother to consider how expensive it was.... thousands of people stated that they would buy it if it was cheaper. In my country it costs almost 800$ which is too much
