Our son said there is a way to make our ball change colors. Does anyone know how? on the Curve 8330

The LED (up top) can be made to change colors with an application but as for the ball the only way involves a simple mod. Some folks use a marker and a piece of tape to cover the LED near the trackball and others will dye the actual trackball itself. You can buy them colored already at places like ebay or cnn.cn - there are several colors available

You can dye the ball or buy different colored ones. Unfortunatly, the only Blackberry with colored LEDs under the ball is the 8100 pearl.
