I updated the software on my computer and BB and now when I synch my phone the clock sets itself back 1 hour. I checked the Central Standard Time on my phone and it's correct.

Also my BB is sluggish to respond when I push a button. What's the deal with that?

I'm willing to bet if you check your computer it will also be off by the one hour in question. When you sync your phone it sets the time to whatever time your computer is set to. Check and make sure your comp is in the appropriate time zone.

Re-check to make sure the computer and phone are both using identical (correct) settings for time zone, DST, and clock.
