    Hello
I've switched recently from Q10 to Classic, and still can decide which phone i should keep. I know Q10 is an older model, but in my opinion BB10 OS and swipe gestures work much better on Q10,. The tool belt on classic is very convenient, larger screen, metal frame etc.., but Q10 was and I think still is a great work device, I was really happy with Q10, and Im still thinking about switching back to Q10 , whats Your opinion?Thnx for any suggestions.

Everything you said was in praise of your Q10. I think you answered your own question.

I would keep the classic because it combines the old BlackBerry with the BB10 Features

Why don't you keep both? Make the Q10 your daily driver now, then jump to the Classic when it dies. That should cover you for at least three years.

I have the Q10 then switched to Passport, then decided to get the Classic to add to my BB collection.
Since the Classic arrived I've been using it exclusively.
I really like the size weight look and feel, it still let's me do everything I was able to do on the Q and Passport work and playwise.

I still have Snap and Colbalt Playstore so there isn't an app that I've needed and not been able to get.

Screen wise a smidge bigger than the Q but of course smaller than the Passport and can fit in any pocket.

     Passport SQW100-1/ 10.3.1.2876, Q10 SQN100-5/10.3.1.2576, Classic SQC100-4/ 10.3.2.2836 

    I had a Bold 9900 then a Q10 then a Passport and now I'm on a P'9983 (glorified version of the Q10).

I really love the removable battery on the Q10. I have about 5 batteries and the exterior charger block. Virtually impossible to run out of juice.

Very reassuring for me and keeps me with the Q10/P'9983 option.

    Classic Keyboard > Q10 Keyboard
Q10 extremely pocket friendly > Classic sort of pocket friendly

I would go with the Classic, but it seems like you're really into the Q10. Go with the Q10.

I am in the same boat. I switch between a Q10, Classic, and Galaxy S5. I love the smaller size of the Q10, but like the tool belt on the Classic. I can't make myself use the Android device exclusively because of the hard keys on the BlackBerry devices!! Perfect for work!!

If it's about total device longevity, and you're still planning to use it in five years or later, the Classic's sealed battery will be the deal breaker...

You'll still get aftermarket batteries (and keyboards, lol!) for the Q10 in five years, I believe... :-D

Q10. The ergonomics are terrific and the screen is almost as big as the Classic.

I still love my Q10 the most. It's nearly a perfect phone. Love the size of it plus removable battery. The next might be the Porsche design similar phone. I would get that if I got lucky.

Excellent point. This is the main criteria I'd be looking at if I were in the OP's situation.

Ahaha. The Passport is a phenomenal device if apps aren't needed. To this date, still the only phone I've pre-ordered sight unseen. The aspect for reading, browsing; the battery life; the keyboard for efficient composition and decomposition (swipe to delete) = second to none.

I wish I didn't need certain business related apps...

I would personally pick the Q10. For a communication tool, it is more than capable, and is smaller [than Classic] thus more pocket-friendly too!

All I can Say is that "new' Classic is dead after a month of use,(no water damage, no crack, no drop) and I switched back to Q10 which has worked flawless for more than 2 yrs, as far i can see on forum there is more problem with classic than was with Q10 2 yrs ago
