Passport if you don't mind the size, it takes a day to get use to it but its king.

I don't have a classic but I have a Q10, same internals but no tool belt. With that said I think that multi tasking and the pkb is awesome and to me is a very functional and efficient phone despite not having the toolbelt(I came from using a Curve 8320/8330). But with the passport being the beast it is with all the fancy specs and cool pkb might be better...maybe. Its all up to you bro! either would be great to have imo

If your business use is in a traditional office M-F and you stay put the Passport is the pick. If you are mobile and move around allot during the day the Classic is a better choice. I have both devices and have SIM in the Classic for its portability factor. I treat the Passport more like a tablet in the house on WiFi mainly

    "Classic or Passport ?"

Choose the BlackBerry Passport. Better specs, more "horsepower", and the broad screen estate makes it ideal for surfing the web.

Having the Q10 Passport and Classic, I only use the Classic now. As someone posted if you are on the go then you'll want the Classic.

All my OS10 devices had Amazon App Store, Playstore and Snap so there never a shortage of apps and all three phones had the exact same setup.

I love the Passport so much so I actually have 3 but the Classic wins out for sheer portability ease of use in the hand, and yes awesome leather cases that I can match to my belt and shoe colour also allowing me to hold a few ID and credit cards in the rear slots of the case.

Some says the Classic has lag but I haven't experienced it yet. Purchased my Classic here in the Marketplace so my battery life in a 12 hr day falls at 20% around 9 pm.

    thanks all !

i own q10 already. i really impressed with the classic and passport design.
i am still in dilemma in which one to choose. based upon your experiences i wish to have both the devices. but which is not possible. i see tool belt is only difference between classic and q10 rest all the features are same.

how about the battery life in both the devices (classic / passport)

passport i am getting for INR Rs. 22000 /- but i have no clue about classic need to check about that.

Passport for sure. Classic wouldn't be a major upgrade from your Q10.

If size is a concern classic, otherwise passport. I love the classic myself but wouldn't mind taking a whirl with the passport. Just wish they were still developing bb10

I have both. For business use, time is money. I myself have no problem with the Passport's 3-row PKB learning curve because the SD 801 makes it the best overall BlackBerry 10 device performance-wise. I don't miss the Classic's lag at all. The Passport's big screen is nice to pour through the Hub, too.

Loved both devices but found the classic a little laggy at times. Wasn't horrific but had a hard time using it after the passport.

The passport takes a few days to get used to but then it's a dream.

i will choose passport then. hope i will get one on ebay or amazon.

also, however blackberry has stopped its hardware business. how long they can support BBOS 10. also i heard that they already stopped support service and redirecting all to crackberry.

also, bbos 10 doesnt need any bbis plan and it works well on normal data plan.

i will get my passport in a day or two.

You can easily find an OG Passport on eBay. No BIS plan is needed at all with BB10. As for what you heard re: service, CBK cracked an April Fool's Joke.

If you're coming from a 9930, then chances are you're coming from Big Red, whose network is not compatible with the Passport. If you do want to stay with Verizon, and cannot wait for the KEYOne, then I suggest you go with the 100-3 Classic, although it's harder to find on eBay.

The 4 row keyboard on the Classic is superior in my opinion. Also prefer the conventional width for ergonomics and one handed use. I have both. The speed has never been an issue for me on the Classic. The functionality of the tool belt and track pad makes it more efficient for me.

Had/Have them both. If you want the closest thing to your Bold, then the Classic is the easy choice. But the Passport is an amazing, unique device. Takes some getting use to but once use to it, you'll be happy with it.

Still hard to say. Again, if I went from Bold I would have said Classic. But I went from Z30 at the time so loved Passport cause of PKB and a bigger screen even though different ratios.
