I have a friend who works for RIM, in the repairs division, reported today that they received a Porsche BB that had been [poorly] gold-plated, and the owner couldn't figure out why the phone now won't not work. Yikes! How bling do you have to get?!

A useless post, but I thought some would get a rise out of it

Another example of way more money than brains.

But as useless goes, this post has a LONG way to go to catch up to this one.

Please come add your 1/5000th of uselessness.

personally, i think a gold plated phone would not only be a little overboard, but plain silly looking and cheesy.

Man, that blocky little thing that costs 2000 dollars or so? My Curve 9320 looks prettier than that...

The Porsche design looks like a portable dictionary that was made in the 80s.
