I need to set up an email account that requires different logon credentials (the email address is different from the user name I use to log on to the server). When I set up an account, it locks the username (you can see this in the general settings for the account on BIS). Does anyone know if I can change that user name?

You can't change it for that kind of email address. It draws the information from the server.
