Changing Application Icons

so i know this is really trivial but is it possible to change a home screen icon for an application... I have one app that has this enormous icon that sticks out from all the rest... it really bugs me... can it be changed?

Don't think so. The only icons that you can change are the preloaded ones, and even then only with a different theme.
