Can someone please explain the differences to me? I have a 8330. Would probably upgrade to the Tour 2 when it's out, but wonder why Wifi will allow me to do that my current Curve won't. Thanks,

CDMA is your carriers network.

EVDO = Data Speed/Voice on your phone or EVX1 that shows on CDMA carriers for Signal Bars.

Wi-Fi is just wireless settings when you can't get signal for data.
