That's the only non-AT&T theme that I'd even consider nice looking, although Rogers is not bad either.
Once you have it for a bit, you'll probably find (most do) that the Today themes are more useful. They also allow you to use full wallpapers.
There are only like 5 core themes (2 after market, like the L-theme), so to customize, you'll just need to change your wallpaper. All other themes are based on those 5 themes, able to change the backgrounds and icons, but not where everything is located.
