Can't view appointment details from WM5 phone

Hello All!
I'm running into a problem that I'm hoping has a fix. I have a blackberry curve and an employee of mine is using a Windows Mobile phone XV6700 to be exact. When I send him an appointment, he can accept it into his calendar but cannot view details of the appoinment. He can only view the subject and location of the appointment but his phone cannot view anything I put in the body of the appointment whether I send it via outlook or my blackberry phone. Has anybody every encountered this? Thank you.
