    When I went from my BB Curve (Sprint) to my BB Torch 9800 (AT&T) I was unable to use the Visual Voicemail feature. I've taken the phone to the store twice and they don't seem to know what's wrong with it. The company even sent me a new phone in case I had gotten a bad one.
    I suspect it has something to do with data from my old phone. When I got the Torch I used my desktop manager to transfer over all my data. I'm sure there is something in there preventing the phone from using the new voicemail feature properly.
    When I hit the Visual Voicemail icon, it says that it is not set up and asks if I have added it with my provider. I have, it's on my account. When I hit continue it tells me to call voicemail to set up VV. I've done this a number of times, it never sets it up.
    If you know what's causing the problem, please walk me thru how to fix it. I feel so 90's having to actually call my voicemail to hear a message.
