    I can't connect my Q10 to my pc because it doesn't recognize my device. I've tried anything, I'm running Q10SQN100-3/10.3.1.632 so the option to change from autodetect to mac or to pc isn't there anymore.

    Does anyone knows a way to solve this and make the computer recognize it?

    Hard reboot then Settings> Storage and Access> USB Connection = Windows or Mac NOT Auto detect

    As I said before, I'm using10.3.1.632 in which that option is not there anymore.
