I need help guys and girls. I seem not to able to sign into my app world account. I have taken out the battery a few times as well as deleted it and reinstall it. I have also change my password and still nothing. All it states is unable to sign into your ID account at this stage time . I can access it online with no issue but not on my torch 9810
Ya its a new phone. It work before just lately its been a problem. I got it from a retailer not one of the major tele companies
have u sent service books? cause sometimes that could be it.. i had a prob with my 9700 where wap2 and some other was missing and it screwed up app world where i could not have apps billed to my carrier and my carrier could not fix it an said call rim an they could not so lol i got a new phone 9900 so..
long story short resend service books and reboot device an see it may push one also check app permissions and make sure they are all allow
