Just got a Torch 9860 from Telus. I tried setting up my Rogers.com email multiple times and each time I get a an error stating that the email or password is incorrect. I've set up all my other email addresses with no issues. I have even set up the Yahoo email that is associated with my Rogers.com email without any issues. Any answers as to why this is happening and, more importantly, how I can fix it?
DuffMcduff...did you ever learn how? I am having the same problem on my iphone. Thing is, I did receive/send email for a long time, but increasingly I received that same error message until finally it didn't work at all. Arggh.
