    I was getting all my email no problem. Now, I can send and receive email on my personal email (my own website) but can only send gmail from my Storm, not receive it.

    Can anybody please help.

    I have BB storm and I can send and recieve gmail as I pleased without any problems.

    Pull battery for 20 seconds and replace. That resend service books. If still no work after that log in verizon bis site and delete and re-add email account.

    I had the same problem. My firewall was blocking all incoming email. Turned off firewall.

    Make sure there arent any filters on the BIS website
