i need help? i havent been able to receive my email on my blackberry 8830, i went to the setupwizard again and the password i thought i used did not work, so finally after trying a few times. i clicked i forgot password.. it said it was sent to my device.. i checked my email from my home computer, nothing.. where do i go on my blackberry to retrieve it, or how can i fix it...

I finally got through to tech support and they walked me through resetting
my password.. thanks for the help though!
