Just got my BB Bold from Taiwan. I try to connect to my house WiFi, and it won't work. I've followed the steps on accepting device on my router, and still no response from the Bold. The network is showing up on the Bold, and the SSID, but the WiFi stays grey, and no internet. Any suggestions?
I've actually connected to the WiFi and all, the only problem is the BB can't obtain I.P. address. I've checked the router, and it gives the BB an IP but BB still doesn't recognize. any suggestions?
yeah ive had the same problem. the best thing to do is a hard RESET the router from the back using a PIN. thats how i got mine working. What OS are you on ?
