Device Manager indicates I'm using quite a bit of space. Installed Clean Master and it helped a little but not quite enough.

I opened the File Manager and checked the properties of the individual folders. Device/misc, the Android folder properties show 8GB. I did a thorough search of each and every folder and file but can't find what's taking up that amount of space.

Of the files and information I did come across in the Android folder, even adding them up I did come anywhere near that number.

Can anyone offer me any answers, solutions, help?

    Thanks in advance!

if you go into the device monitor and click on each app, you'll not only see the "install" data that the app "eats" but also the data that it consumes in cache, so maybe your memory is being eating by the cache of some of your apps?

Still can't find the exact problem. Won't give up though. When I find the remedy, I'll post it here!

    Thanks again!

Yeah well, I wouldn't stress too much, the Android folder is a sort of 'virtual' folder which isn't representative of the actual disc space it occupies.
    Mine says 20GB.
