I have this weird problem with my BB9900 from Tmobile, where I had send a text message to multiple contacts from my phone and it won't disappear. I have tried deleting the text 101 times but every time I restart my device it comes back up with just the user listed in the text and no context in the actual conversation. I am just a bit frustrated with just keeping conversations that don't actually exist no more. Same thing with emails, where I have tried to delete emails but somehow they won't delete from my inbox on the phone and will disappear only if I do a restart. Is there a fix for these issues. plz help !!!!
I have had this issue on occaision. If you navigate to messages > view folder > SMS folders and keep repeating "delete message", the message will eventually be deleted. It may take more than a few attempts.
