Ok here goes,

Got a new 9700 tonight and I can't get the bluetooth to connect has anyone else had this problem or can offer help to get it to connect?

what bluetooth headset are you using?

It is a Jabra BT2080.

In order to pair you devices you have to:
1. Turn bluetooth on and put your BB in search mode
2. Headset must be in listen mode (usually when device is off you need to push and hold power button for about 5 seconds and the LED diode will start blinking)
3. Use 0000 (four zeros) as a pass code

If above procedure doesn't work, follow instructions from your manual
If manual won't work, stay on the line for the next available representative...
