When I try to connect to gmail from new 9330 (from the email set up) I get an incorrect password msg. I can successfully connect to gmail from laptop/pc.
Any insights/suggestions?

Are you using the Gmail option?

Are you 100% sure you are entering your password correctly? Numbers are used with "alt" and not "aA".

Did you contact your service provider and get set up on Blackberry specific data?

Like SugarMouth said. You need a Blackberry specific data plan to get plugged into BIS, without it many features will not be enabled.
