    I already did but the issue persist even after a wipe

    Have you tried a device restart? Do you have connection to BlackBerry's servers (you should see the " ? " symbol in the corner?)

    Sorry, yeah as said above top right corner where you see either the wifi signal and/or the cellular network signal icons. Unfortunately I don't think CB10 shows the iconic BlackBerry logo I tried to use in my post above.

    Oh ok, yes i have the icon you are talking about, but the issue persist, it started when i installed the. 1055 leak and keep the same with the last leak.

    Make sure you are signed into BlackBerry ID in the settings menu. That happened to me on an upgrade once.

    Thanks, for the replies, yes i'm signed on the bbid service, i just can't find the issue...

    BlackBerry Protect need is one of the critical features that blackberry need to improve.

    Who is your carrier and what part of the world are you in? I have seen posts like this before and eventually it started working.

    Your carrier may not have 1925 setup in their system yet.
