Hi Everyone,

I am a new bb owner and have an issue I cannot resolve. I imported my contacts to my bb; however, when people call me not everyone in my phone book shows up (just the one number appears). After I hang up and look in the call log, their name is there. Has anyone experienced a similar problem or knows how to fix this?

Sounds like a filter to me as well. Open your address book, hit the bb button, click filter, and if anything in there is checked, uncheck it.

Under Options->Security->General Settings, is Content Protection on and Adress book not excluded? If so, when your phone is locked, the address book is encrypted, so you won't see the 'name' of your caller.

Turn off phone>Pull battery out for 30 secs.>put batter back in and boot phone>it will work... Lol it happened to me, enjoy mate!
