BB Hub for Android works fine for Gmail accounts but any emails created in or replies to my Hotmail Account (Office 365) get stuck in the Outbox.
There is a brief "Sending" icon, then a Clock Icon and finally a red asterisk icon.
Nothing gets sent and nothing moves on to the Sent Folder.
I have seen a small number of references to this problem but no solution.
I have done all the usual uninstall / re-install / clear the cache in BB Services etc, but all to no avail.
I know I can do what I need directly in the Outlook App for Android - but not via the Hub, which somewhat defeats the purpose of it.
I am having a similar issue with hub and my hotmail account. just got a key2. Everything seems to be working fine except emails for hotmail. I can't send emails from the account and I also can't read emails that are received. they show up in the hub but the emails have no body.
Confirmed working solution, had the same issue on an OG Passport even if I didn’t use 2FA. Make sure you put entire email address in user login field while setting the account. Also the app password option is a bit hidden in microsoft account settings (look for security on upper tab, then go for other options or additional options below).
