just received a new 8830 and added a micro SD card . Cant enable media card supprt however - appears to be locked out.

I've got the same problem. Media Card Support has the function locked. SOMEBODY HELP!

I have the same problem
you need to format the card but by doing that it will erase all data from the card
Ok, I think it might be a BES security thing
