    Hello
    Help!!!!
    I've been having intermittent issues all day with accessing App World. When I try and launch App World I receive a message saying "We cannot connect you to BlackBerry App World. Please ensure that your device is connected to the wireless network and try again".

    The phone is connected to the network with a full 3G signal. I've tried a battery pull but this hasn't resolved it. Emails are working fine.

    Can anyone please help??

    Try re registering on the network.
    Options/device/advanced/host. Then hit menu and register

    The Other thing I've seen is if I have an email in my inbox identifying and upgrade it sometimes halts my access to appworld

    Thank you for the replies.
    I've been trying a few different things and tt seems to be that when I turn Wi-Fi off, the access works fine and when Wi-Fi is on, the error message is received - weird
