    I as wondering if anyone can help me out, I have BES set up with enterprise server. I can recieve e-mails but cant send. I get a red cross next to the e-mail im trying to send. Any ideas out there

    not sure about BES since Im not on it. What about resending service books?

    This will require more information on your phone, I see in your profile that you have Verizon & are using a Bold 9000 which is a GSM and your running CDMA. So are you using it using the SIM card for verizon?

    If so data does not always work properly on an BB not made for the carrier being used. There is a work around but it requires you to delete service books & download service books from your carriers BIS site.

    I think what is happening is your sending your service books to that phone and your getting the emails but it doesn't stay connected long enough to send an email, tell me if I am wrong.
