    Okay, I don't understand the directions this isnt working to upgrade and no seems to want to help me with aim or msn. Can i take the phone into att and have them upgrade the OS for me?! **** i will pay them I don't care anymore.

    My local store does it for free. I am not sure about your ATT store but they will do it here. I saw them doing one just the other night for a customer as I was playing with the Bold....... Give your local shop a call.

    No they won't do it, it usally takes about an hour so they won't. Once you install on you're computer it isn't hard. Just make sure you back up before

    Yeah it doesn't sound like it is something you are real comfortable. Especially if you happen to brick the phone.

    The directions do make sense, but you have to follow then EXACTLY.
