Hmm - I don't think I'm being clear. I don't want to change my active profile (although it wouldn't kill RIM to put a mute switch on their BB that actually mutes the phone, would it?). What I'm looking for is a way to hit the convenience key and have the BB take me to whatever the currently active alert is on the phone, whether it be a new email, SMS, Blackberry messenger message, missed call, or whatever it is that needs my attention.
