I upgraded to O.S. 4.5 and now find I'm having trouble getting back to my homescreen while in Moodio.FM. I heard that's specific to O.S. 4.5. Can I go back to O.S. 4.3 and if so, how can I do that? Thanks!!!!

Downgrade is simple, un-install the upgrade and install the desired OS version. Applications Loader will do the rest.

Where can I get the O.S. 4.3? Is there a place I can download it? Thanks in advance to everyone...

I downgraded mine 2 days ago. Worked like a charm. Desktop Manager did it all. The few upgrades weren't worth it to me for the things that weren't compatible in the new version. Its working great now.

Unfortunately Verizon doesn't have it on their site. I called tech support and they don't have it and couldn't help me. Blackberry neither... so I don't know what to do now. Thanks for the tips though... if anyone knows of any other way I appreciate it.

I double checked, they only have the upgrade to v4.5xx.

    There is another way:

This is Telus Mobility in Canada. They support both versions, click on the 8330 Next button.

I tried all your wonderful suggestions. I downloaded the OS from the TELUS site by the link given, and I get an error when I try to install the operating system on my computer.

I thank all of you for the help you tried to give me -- much appreciated. Unfortunately, I think I'm stuck without my Moodio :-( Very sad day here in my Crackberry World...

That's the error message I get when trying to install the software on to my computer. Does it matter that I'm in the US and the OS was from Canada? Not sure how these things work...

Try restarting your PC and try running it again.

If that does not work download and install the Windows Installer
    Cleanup Utility.

Once it is installed, open it and remove any reference to RIM
and/or BlackBerry. Restart PC and try again.
